This variety of dragonfruit has a yellow exterior with a spike like growths. Inside the fruit you will find a white flesh embedded with many tiny black edible seeds. This variety has a slightly sweeter taste that the Pink Varieties and have a pulpier and juicer flesh too but less creamy.
A good source of: Vitamin C, B-Vitamins, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus.
The tiny edible seeds also contain healthy omega fatty acids and are tasty to eat with the juicy flesh.
