This variety of Dragonfruit has a pink exterior with a spike like growths. Inside the fruit you will find a creamy red/pink flesh embedded with many tiny black edible seeds. This fruit has a sweet taste when ripe with tones of Kiwi, Pear & Watermelon.
This variety is generally more succulent and slightly sweeter than the pink white flesh variety but less sweet than the yellow variety.
