Description
Durian are commonly described by its distinct strong smell. The outer comprises of a hard spiky shell. Within the fruit will be a custard-like yellow flesh with seeds. Sometimes this flesh can be red or green although the yellow variety is most common. Taste wise the flesh has flavors comprising cheese, almonds, garlic and caramel.
