Description
Breadfruit can be boiled, baked, roasted or fried when still unripe and hard. When fully ripe, the fruit texture changes and becomes very soft and is easily pulled apart revealing a creamy, custard like flesh. This creamy flesh has vanilla undertones with a mild sweetness.
A good source of Vitamin C, Potassium, Copper, Iron & Magnesium.
