Description
Stone Apple has a hard outer layer, which requires a fair amount of force to crack open earning it the name. Within this layer will be a yellow, sweet, succulent and creamy flesh. The flavor of the flesh is reminiscent of a banana & mango mix combined with citrus undertones.
Provides a good source of Calcium, Phosphorus, Iron, Vitamin C & B-vitamins.
