Resembling a regular pineapple these varieties are typically 5/6 inches in height. Unlike regular pineapples, they have a less fibrous edible core. They can also be sweeter than the regular varieties.
Provides a good source of: Vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin B6, Copper & Thiamine.
