The fruit I want is out of stock, when will it be re-stocked?

Email us and we will let you know when your fruit will arrive back in stock.

IMPORTANTLY: Sign up to our newsletter to receive re-stock information on new fruit varieties added to the store.
My Fruit arrived in a poor condition, what shall I do?
We inspect and take photos of all orders before dispatch, but if on the rare occasion you aren’t impressed then send photos of the fruit within 24 hours alongside original box and packaging (To verify proof) and we will investigate and reimburse where necessary.
I have been sent the wrong fruit, what do I do?
We photograph all orders prior to dispatch for quality control purposes, but if a mistake has occurred then just send a photograph and the appropriate replacements will be sent out.

What level of ripeness will my fruit arrive in?
Your order (especially large orders with various fruit) may not be all at the same level of ripeness. Some may be ripe and ready to eat within 48h at room temperature, others may need further ripening before they are at their sweetest and tastiest. The best thing to do is to assess each one with our ripening guide or a quick internet search to discover when your fruit Is optimal.
What if part of my order becomes available?
Although it is uncommon, part of your order may unexpectedly become unavailable. In such a case we will phone/email and offer you one of the following options I) Send another product of your choice with equal value + 20% extra as compensation or refund the value of the unavailable item.
How are orders packaged?
Packaging usually comprises of cardboard box in addition to recyclable shredded cardboard to ensure the fruit is properly protected during transit. We never use more packaging than necessary.  We adopt a minimalist approach so never include paperwork or plastic pouches, pockets etc.  Just your Box, Fruit & Protection (Shredded Cardboard).

Is your fruit organic?

 

We receive fruit from a variety of suppliers & intermediaries, many of which subscribe to various organic & ethical farming schemes. As a result we cannot guarantee all our fruit is organic but we aim in future.
