GENERAL INFORMATION

 
Dispatch - We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from your order date, it may be longer at busy periods.  Once dispatched, all items will be delivered via a next day recorded delivery service. You will be notified with tracking details via e-mail once your order has been dispatched so please ensure you keep a daily check for the dispatch notification.

 

Price - All orders over £55 are posted free.  Below this will incur a £4.95 fee.
 
Days - Mon-Thurs only, we don’t ship out on Fridays in order to prevent goods sitting in the postal system throughout the weekend.  This way we can ensure you’ll definitely receive your fruit FRESH on the following day from dispatch. 

All London & most Greater London orders will be delivered via our in house courier and fruit specialist.
      
Location - Currently, we only deliver throughout the entire United Kingdom.

 

My Fruit arrived in poor condition - We inspect and take photos of all orders before dispatch, but if on the rare occasion you aren’t impressed then send photos of the fruit within 24 hours alongside original box and packaging (To verify proof) and we will investigate and reimburse where necessary.

 

What if I'm not home upon delivery -  The courier depending on the situation will leave the parcel with a neighbor ideally.  Alternatively, they may choose to leave it in a safe place, according to the discretion and discernment of the circumstances.  As a result  we advice inquiring with the neighbor/s or looking around the immediate space for the item.  The courier in any case will leave a card through the letterbox stating the exact location of the parcel.
Note:  In order to reduce this possibility we advise two solutions i) Instruct the courier to leave with a specific neighbor you trust OR to leave in a particular place i.e a concealed bin or container out of clear sight. We will not claim any liability for any missing/damaged parcels sent to or for themselves or another person in these circumstances.  Parcels not collected at safe storage locations left by the driver are not our liability. The nature of the produce is very perishable so arrangements must be made to receive the item as soon as possible if persons are not available to receive it.
  
Exchange/Returns - Due to the nature of the product (fresh fruit) we never accept returns/exchanges.  Damaged fruit will be eligible for a 50% refund if still edible, in the form of credit to use.  Fruit lost in transit may be replaced ( check product descriptions for exceptions ).  All tracking info marked as delivered are unable to claim for a missing parcel and are not subject to refunds or replacements.  Customers must monitor tracking info, parcels left with neighbors must be collect on the same day as delivery.  Spoilage claims made as a result of a delayed collection are not liable to us.
