    Curuba aka Banana Passionfruit has shape resembling a mini banana giving rise to its name.  Taste wise, it is similar to a Maracuya with strong tart and sweet undertones when ripe.  The inside has a yellow pulp filled with many tiny black edible seeds which can all be consumed together.     Durian are commonly described by its distinct strong smell.  The outer comprises of a hard spiky shell.  Within the fruit will be a custard-like yellow flesh with seeds.  Sometimes this flesh can be red or green although the yellow variety is most common.  Taste wise the flesh has flavors comprising cheese, almonds, garlic and caramel.     Feijoa (Pineapple Guava)

    A Feijoa contains a sweet, cream colored pulp which has a unique, aromatic flavor. It could be described as a cross between a pear, pineapple and guava.  The texture close to the skin is somewhat grainy although not unpleasant. Towards the center of the fruit the texture transforms into a softer jelly-like consistency. This jelly center becomes more pronounced as the fruit ripens.     Our Fresh Finger Limes are on average six centimetres long with an oblong elongated shape.  Colors often vary with shades of orange, red, green, black.  These Limes are very popular among chefs especially due to its versatility and use in luxury gourmet dishes and drinks.  The flesh contains pulp like vesicles which can often vary from pink, green or white in color which pop once in the mouth.  The flavor is compared with a strong citrus blast with tones similar to lemon.     A vibrant round fruit with small spikes.  Within this fruit will be many seeds arranged in sections which are covered in a deep blood red flesh which is the edible portion.  The taste isn't very strong and is somewhat mild.  Texture wise the flesh is very creamy and pulp like.  This is commonly cooked with other foods and is a popular delicacy in Asia where it is cooked with different types of rice although it can be enjoyed fresh too.
